I am writing to submit my resignation from my position at Big Inc., effective immediately.
After decades of dedicated service to this company, I must express my profound frustration and disappointment with the vision and management practices of Big Inc. Contrary to any semblance of gratitude, my sentiments are far from it. I can no longer continue under these intolerable circumstances.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed systemic issues, stagnation, and a blatant disregard for the environment and the well-being of workers. The rotten leadership, fueled by greed, and plagued with abuse and discriminatory practices, has corroded morale and undermined any sense of purpose.
Employees have been constantly neglected in favor of the relentless pursuit of monetary gain. The emphasis on maximizing profit margins has come at the cost of the mental and physical health of the individuals who are the backbone of this company.
The imminent reality of being rendered obsolete by automated systems has been a poignant reminder of what my role within this company actually is. My continued presence here is no longer rational.
